The Department of Anesthesiology at Duke University Medical Center is seeking a full time Obstetric Anesthesiologist to join the Division of Women’s Anesthesia.

The Division of Women’s Anesthesiology is responsible for obstetric, gynecologic oncologic, ophthalmologic and urologic anesthesia at Duke. The majority are high-risk obstetric patients.

Job Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will be BC/BE in Anesthesiology
• Have a commitment to teaching and research (clinical or basic sciences)
• Possess fellowship training in obstetric anesthesiology (or have significant experience and expertise in the field).
• Excellent communication skills are critical.
