Locum Gastroenterologist - Full time or part time considered

Specialty: Gastroenterology Start Date: December 1, 2025 Contract Length: 3 months, with possibility of ongoing coverage Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Coverage: Full-time preferred; consistent part-time coverage will be considered

Position Highlights

• Patient volume: 10–14 per day in endoscopy suite; hospital volume variable
• Patient population: Adult–Geriatric
• Support staff: NP/PA and 3 other MDs
• Supervision: Must be comfortable supervising APPs while on call
• Procedures: Endoscopy, EGD, Colonoscopy

Requirements

• MD or DO with Gastroenterology Fellowship
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• State medical license required (WI license; open to candidates willing to obtain licensing)
• DEA License required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
