Remote Neurology APP, TX License Required

Access TeleCare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with an active Texas license to support full-time TeleNeurology consult coverage for partner hospitals nationwide. This remote APP role is designed for clinicians who want consistent scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and the ability to practice from any location while delivering high-quality neurological care.
Position Details:
• Full-time schedule, 7on/7off, 7a-7p
• 168 hours per month
• Remote TeleNeurology consults supporting inpatient and emergency settings
• Collaborative model with supervising neurologists available for real-time support
• No patient volume requirement listed
• Must be fully available during scheduled shifts with no overlapping clinical obligations
Requirements:
• Active Texas license (required)
• National certification as NP or PA
• Neurology experience strongly preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• DEA required
• Must hold or be willing to obtain additional licenses within the assigned practice pod (example: NY)
Compensation and Benefits:
• Annual guaranteed salary of 125,000 for full-time TeleNeurology APPs
• Uncapped RVU/productivity model
• Base salary of 90,000 plus RVU compensation at 10 per wRVU
