**ICU NP or NP Day and Nocturnist need MountainView Regional Medical Center – Las Cruces, NM (Near El Paso, TX)**

MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking qualified ICU Nurse Practitioners and (Day & Nocturnist shifts) to join our dynamic inpatient and emergency coverage team.

  • Role: ICU Nurse Practitioner (Day & Nocturnist positions available)
  • Employment Options: W-2 (with full benefits) or 1099 independent contractor
  • Compensation: 95$ day rate 100$ nocturnist
  • Sign-On Incentives: Negotiable commencement and tenure bonuses
  • Relocation: Financial relocation assistance available
  • Location: Las Cruces, NM (Conveniently located ~45 minutes from El Paso International Airport)

**Clinical Environment**

  • Coverage: 24-hour NP coverage alongside 24-hour daily physician coverage
  • EMR System: MEdhost ( Cerner in the Spring)
  • Facility: Well-equipped regional acute care setting with a strong multidisciplinary team

**Qualifications & Requirements Nurse Practitioner (NP) Qualifications:**

  • Education & Experience:

Acute Care NP preferred + Completion of a critical care or hospitalist residency OR 3+ years of clinical experience in an ICU/critical care setting * Certifications:

AACN Specialty Certification in Acute Care/Critical Care (or equivalent training) required for initial applicants and re-applicants + ACLS certification required

** (PA) Qualifications:**

  • Education: Baccalaureate degree or higher from a CAAHEP-approved PA program
  • Certification: Active NCCPA Certification & ACLS certification required
