Interventional Radiologist (Locum Tenens) – Willing to license

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologists to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established health system in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong support staff and advanced procedural capabilities.

Position Details

Flexible Schedule: 2 weeks per month preferred, will consider 1 week a month

No call required

EMR: Epic

Site 1 Details

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Setting: 76-bed hospital, imaging department (dedicated procedure areas and workstation space)
• Support Staff: Nurses, Techs, Radiology RAs
• Patient Volume: ~6–10 procedures/day
• Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, line placement/removal, biopsies, abscess drainage, LPs, myelograms
• Additional Skills: Diagnostic reads preferred

Site 2 Details

• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Setting: 274-bed hospital with full IR department (2 procedure rooms + recovery space)
• Support Staff: Nurses, Techs, NP, PA
• Patient Volume: ~8–15 procedures/day
• Procedures: Advanced IR (kyphoplasty, ablations, PAD, GAE, and more)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Radiology
• Active Pennsylvania license (or willing to obtain – assistance provided)
• DEA required
• IR Fellowship preferred (required for Site 2; strong experience considered for Site 1)
• Experience in interventional radiology procedures
