Hem/Onc Outpatient | Minimal Call | M-F 8-5

Here’s a quick snapshot of the role:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
• Setting: 100% outpatient (no rounding or admissions)
• Call: Light—1 weekend/month + 1–2 weekday calls (24hr)
• Volume: ~20 adult patients/day
• Support: Collaborate with Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, Medical Oncology, and APPs
• EMR: EPIC (proficiency required)
• Case Focus: Significant breast cancer population on the panel
• Credentialing: Active WA license required
• Certs: BC in Hem/Onc + BLS
