Pediatric Urgent Care Physician – Baltimore/Glen Burnie, MD No Overnights | Flexible Scheduling | Pediatric-Focused | High-Acuity Care

PM Pediatric Care is seeking BC/BE Pediatricians to join our Baltimore-area team, including our Glen Burnie location. • High-acuity pediatric urgent care modeled after an ED—but with a private practice feel
• Flexible shifts: work 12–36 hours/week, all day and evening shifts only

As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll provide in-person and telemedicine care to children and young adults, delivering top-quality, efficient, and compassionate treatment.

• Manage pediatric illnesses and injuries: fever, respiratory issues, ENT infections, GI complaints, and more
• Perform in-office procedures (abscess drainage, laceration repair, FB removal, etc.)
• Conduct x-rays and provide preliminary reads (training provided)
• Lead your shift team including staff, APPs, and trainees
• Support safe, timely follow-up care and contribute to QI initiatives
• Uphold patient satisfaction and HIPAA/privacy standards
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Emergency/Urgent Care experience preferred
• Strong communicator and team player with EMR proficiency (eCW experience a plus)
• Passion for pediatric care and a commitment to our mission
