Practice Setting

• Inpatient-based Cardiothoracic Surgery assignment

• Support includes 1 MA and 3 administrative staff

• 5 adult patients per shift

• 1st-assist to onsite CVT for heart procedures

• Collaborative hospital team environment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday procedures only

• Block scheduling available — take extended time off between assignments

• No nights or weekends required

• Only 1-2 weeks per month — flexible around other commitments

Procedures and Cases

• Assist with cardiothoracic surgical cases

• 1st-assist role with onsite CVT

• Adult patients only

Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery or General Surgery

• ACLS and BLS certifications required

• California license required at time of submission

• At least 24 months of relevant experience

• Temps available for quicker start

• Credentialing support provided throughout the process
