• Day shifts M-F 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, or 7am - 7pm -- weekend coverage needed
• 2 - 5 cases per day per physician
• General surgery focus (70%) with mix of OB/GYN, neuro, ortho, vascular, and thoracic
• Weekend shifts include 12-hour and 24-hour coverage options
• 90% adult cases, 10% healthy pediatric cases
• Training period on day shift before night coverage begins
• Beeper call coverage required for weekends
