  • Mass General Brigham is seeking a board certified/board eligible Hospitalist to join the highly collaborative Hospital Medicine team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts—where community-focused care is backed by the resources, specialty connections, and innovation of Mass General Brigham’s Community Division. This is a 0.8 FTE role with opportunities for extra shifts.

    • Deliver exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized adults, managing a broad range of acute medical conditions.
    • Partner daily with APPs, nursing, case management, pharmacy, and subspecialists to provide seamless, patient-centered care.

    Compensation Details

    $244K–$261K

    The salary range for this position is $244,000 to $261,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
