Hospitalist| Days-Only, Community Hospital + Work-Life Balance

Mass General Brigham is seeking a board certified/board eligible Hospitalist to join the highly collaborative Hospital Medicine team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts—where community-focused care is backed by the resources, specialty connections, and innovation of Mass General Brigham’s Community Division. This is a 0.8 FTE role with opportunities for extra shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional inpatient care for hospitalized adults, managing a broad range of acute medical conditions.
• Partner daily with APPs, nursing, case management, pharmacy, and subspecialists to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
• Enjoy a dynamic blended role across rounding and admitting, with opportunities for APP mentorship, supervision, and education.
