Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our established group of neonatal nurse practitioners and neonatologists in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

This opportunity offers superb comradery centering around a provider culture that respects one another and wants to do the best for our babies. Our practice is based around Cook Children’s, a regional children's hospital in the large Fort Worth-Dallas metroplex.

  • Our NNPs provide comprehensive neonatal care from the delivery room through discharge at multiple NICUs, including two tertiary high-risk delivery hospitals (TX Health Harris Methodist and Baylor Scott & White All Saints), and one Level IV children’s hospital (Cook Children’s) with surgical and ECMO support.
  • Excellent opportunity for professional growth exists for both experienced practitioners and new graduates.
  • You can participate in research, collaborative quality improvement activities and the development and implementation of new protocols.
  • Active participation in the VON network, via data entry and platform presentations pertaining to quality and best practices

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
