** Schedule & Call**

Monday–Friday daytime schedule with shared call responsibilities
- 1:4 weekend call and one evening pager call per week (location-dependent)
- Mix of OR and clinic time tailored to your preference and site needs
- Patient panel includes new consults and follow-ups
