• 7-on/7-off block schedule
• Tuesday - Monday schedule; 7 am - 7 pm
• Days only with no call requirements
• Reasonable census of 15 - 18 patients
• Open ICU with intensivists; no procedures required
• Open to internal medicine-trained physicians available now
