Interventional Pain Management Physician | Memphis TN | Strong Base + Bonus Potential Up to $750K Year One

PartnerCare is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our expanding team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role offers a strong base salary and bonus potential up to $750K in the first year while practicing in a high demand specialty with significant growth opportunity.

The physician will specialize in minimally invasive spine and musculoskeletal pain treatments, providing comprehensive care that helps patients reduce pain and regain functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver comprehensive interventional pain management treatment for patients with chronic pain conditions
2. Conduct physical examinations and review patient medical histories to determine diagnosis and treatment approach
3. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests
4. Perform interventional procedures including injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive spine treatments
5. Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical teams to coordinate patient care
6. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
7. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans to improve quality of life
8. Educate patients and families on treatment options and long term pain management strategies
9. Participate in practice growth through community engagement and education initiatives

Qualifications

1. MD or DO from an accredited institution
2. Completion of residency training and fellowship in Pain Management or currently completing fellowship
3. Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Interventional Radiology
4. Active or eligible Tennessee medical license
5. BLS or ACLS certification required
