Quick Facts

• 5 pm - 7 am shifts plus 24-hour pager call on weekends
• Approx. 1,100 deliveries per year
• 5 - 6 patients seen per day; 2 - 3 admissions per day
• Inpatient-only practice setting
• High and low risk pregnancy management required
• OB ultrasounds -- Level I and Level II performance and interpretation
• Amniocentesis and complicated deliveries required
• Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures required
