OB Hospitalist in Women's ER - TN | Flex Schedule

Belong to a premier, high-acuity OB program within a nationally recognized health system. This hospital recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation to its Women's & Children's tower, featuring a state-of-the-art OB Emergency Department and Level III NICU. Position Highlights
- True OB Hospitalist model — manage triage, L&D, and postpartum rounding
- GYN component limited to consults and emergency procedures (D&C, ectopic, cysts, etc.)
- Double coverage model with Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians on every shift
- Flexible scheduling: 7 shifts/month (24-hour) or mix of 12s and 24s
- In-house only — no home call
- Level III NICU: 25% of babies from maternal transports; strong subspecialty support
- High-acuity, tertiary-level care while maintaining work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated Base Salary: ~$380,000 (range $350K–$450K DOE) plus Signing Bonus
- Incentives: RVU bonus potential + extra pay for additional shifts
