Penn State Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The General Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care to patients, contributing to our mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
What we’re offering
- Selected candidate will join a team of 3 General Surgeons and 15 APPs
- 1:4 call coverage, APPs take 1st call
- Community based surgical practice in a tertiary care center
- Experienced colleagues and collaborative leadership
Requirements
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
- Completion of accredited training program
- Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- BC/BE General Surgery
- Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
