Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical setting
- Patients are aged 2 and up (mostly adults)
- Average volume of 12-15 patients per day * Charting: Epic
Cases and Procedures
- Med Surveillance Questionnaire review, physical exams/DOT, injury (initial) eval first aid/treatment
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday; (6:30-5:00) * No call
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS and DEA certifications required * Washington medical license * Minimum of 24 months of experience
Compensation Details
$75–$85/hour
