General Cardiology Physician Opportunity in Miami-Dade

This is a 100% outpatient General Cardiology position in Miami-Dade with no hospital call and no procedural demands.

Practice Overview

• You’ll practice 100% outpatient General Cardiology—no interventional work, no inpatient rounding, no cath lab, no STEMI call
• Manage a balanced schedule of 15–20 patients per day with longer visit times and smaller panels (avg. ~345 patients, capped ~450)
• Collaborate closely with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches in a prevention-first model
• Read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; serve as a clinical resource and educator within the care team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, predictable clinic schedule
• No call and no weekends
• 100% consults and follow-ups in an outpatient setting
• Dedicated exam rooms within a multi-use clinic environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000–$450,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual quality bonus based on quality metrics (no RVUs or production quotas)
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance
• 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance + 5 days, 401(k) with up to 6% match, full medical/vision/dental, malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
• Comfortable in an outpatient-only, senior-focused model
• Ability to read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; experience preferred
