Psychiatrist need for oversight

Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist to do oversight for in-person consultations done by NPs. The NPs are working with patients dealing with ADHD, and there is some addiction rehabilitation. You are doing the same type of oversight you would do in a clinical setting, except you are viewing the patient files through the client's virtual EMR. The psychiatrist has input into the development and enhancement of the protocols that the NPs will be required to follow, which are already in place by the client. If you choose, you can completely rewrite the protocol to ensure it suits you and make the program your own. You will review 10% of the patients' files. You are looking to make sure the NP is competent and following the protocols. Compensation can be a mix of per-consult and hourly rates. There will be some stimulants being prescribed.

You are also asked to be available to the NPs should they have any issues or questions.

You can oversee as many NPs as you can handle, depending on the number limited by the state medical board. Compensation is a monthly payment per NP you are overseeing.
