POSITION SUMMARY
RP Sun City is seeking a full-time fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist. Qualified candidates should be capable of performing radiologic interventions and procedures. Radiology Partners and our Practice are committed to quality while also aggressively promoting and investing in the professional development of our radiologists through a comprehensive quality assurance program. This is a partnership track position with competitive salary.
- Weekend Call: 1: 3.5 weekend coverage (Day Shift-7-3pm & 3pm-11pm)
- Be comfortable reading general modalities
- Shared IR and General call
- A proven track record of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills is expected
- Two years to Partnership track position
LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
Sun City is one of the oldest and largest full-service medical imaging providers in Arizona, an affiliate of Southwest Diagnostic Imaging. We are a founding division of Southwest Diagnostic Imaging, currently the 4th largest private practice radiology practice in the U.S. Offering full-service inpatient and outpatient imaging in the area since 1961, we provide state of the art professional service to 2 hospitals and 4 outpatient imaging centers. The practice is fully digital and includes 3T MR, 80+ slice CT, 3 ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence, PET/CT and full Interventional Radiology services.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Arizona licensure is a must
- Board certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology - BLS, ACLS – DEA
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
