Northwest Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Hospitalist team at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson.

Practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment within a growing, integrated healthcare network — with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates.

Compensation:

• $80/hr (Days)
• $85/hr (Mid Shift)
• $100/hr (Nights)

Position Highlights:

• Flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099)
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN availability
• 300-bed hospital
• 50,735 annual visits
• Internal Medicine & Transitional Year Residency Programs
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
• Hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
