Locums Family Medicine Physician in Greenville, North Carolina - No Call, Weekend Schedule
Weekend-only inpatient coverage with no call and low daily patient volume. This role supports an adult behavioral health population while working alongside an established multidisciplinary team.
Practice & Cases
- Adult inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment setting
- Medical management, inpatient rounds, admissions, and cross-cover responsibilities
- Light wound care, lab review, and EKG interpretation
- Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals
Schedule
- Saturday and Sunday coverage
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
- Approximately two weekends per month available
- One week of weekday training required before starting
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active North Carolina license required
- BLS certification required
Logistics
- Travel and lodging are not provided
- Local and driving-distance North Carolina candidates preferred

Compensation Details
$100–$130/hour
