Practice Setting

Schedule
- 24 hour call coverage blocks structured as Mon through Sun, 7a to 7a
- Coverage need is one week each month
- Primary responsibilities include ED call coverage and floor consults with surgical cases originating from the ED
Cases and Procedures
- Hip fracture care

- I and D
- General orthopedic consults
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery, BE within 5 years
- Pennsylvania license, will consider candidates with an active IMLC LOQ
- Comfortable providing ED call, floor consults, and operative management as indicated
Credentialing
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days
- Turnover coverage need with a targeted start in mid June and potential to extend into Oct or Nov
