Aya Locums is seeking a Medical Oncology Physician for a locum opportunity in the great city of Chicago, IL! Candidates with an IL license or an IMLC compact license will be considered! Please review the details below.

Start Date: ASAP (end of July)

Contract Length: 1 year

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8A-5P - M, T, TH, F in Clinic; Wed is admin day. Night call for their own patients; no weekend call (fellow coverage)

Schedule: Full time weekly

Work Details:

• Patient population: Adult/Geri
• Department Description: Oncology - clinic/outpatient
• Support Staff: RN, MA
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills: Seeking a medical oncologist to primarily support its breast medical oncology. However, the client may request some GU or other disease coverage as well. The successful candidate will be board certified in medical oncology or hematology/oncology and has solid experience in breast oncology. 

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Yes, in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
• License required: IL; will consider candidates who hold an IMLC license as well
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 3 years post fellowship
• Credentialing: 75-90 days
