*Collaborative Anatomic/Clinical Pathology team in southern Ohio has dates open for fall 2025 – 1 to 2 week blocks available. *

Highlights

• No nights or weekend call
• Only 1–2 weeks per block, pick your availability
• Credentialing in 30–45 days
• Open to IMLC physicians

Practice Setting

• Mid-sized nonprofit hospital with 211 beds
• 2–3 pathologists on-site daily
• Onsite histotechs, cytotechs, and assistants
• Grossing required every 3rd day (~3–4 hours)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8a–5p with optional overtime
• Choose one week or string together multiple
• Fall blocks through December still open

Cases and Procedures

• 30–40 surgical and 10 cytology cases/day
• Mix: GI, breast, nephrology, gyn, general path
• Must gross and interpret FNAs
• No hematopathology or neuro, those sent out

Requirements

• Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• BLS certification required
• Must be comfortable doing own grossing
• Open to Ohio or IMLC-licensed physicians

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
• Tri-State Airport (HTS) just 45 minutes away
