  • St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join our team.

     

    Highlights:

    • Opportunity to participate and grow a referral base for cardiac surgery.
    • You will join a team of 7 attending Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, Pediatric ICU fellowship with 4 fellows.
    • Provide post op cardiac ICU care and General Pediatric ICU care
    • On service 7-4:30. Call 4:30 pm to 7 am, with roughly 4-5 calls per month which includes usually 1 weekend
    • Will be expected to primarily do post-op cardiac ICU care, but also able to practice in the general pediatrics ICU.
    • The division of Pediatric Cardiology consists of physicians with expertise in all sub-specialties including heart failure, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and fetal cardiology. Position would be actively involved in the multidisciplinary management of all cardiac patients.
    • We are a level 1 trauma Center, only Pediatric Burn center in the region. Hoping to grow referral base for cardiac surgery with increasing engagement with maternal fetal cardiac practitioners.
