NORTON CANCER INSTITUTE, a part of Norton Healthcare, is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician to join our multidisciplinary care team. Norton Cancer Institute is one of the largest comprehensive oncology practices in the region, with over 57% of the market share. The institute provides care for nearly 12,000 unique new cancer patients and completes more than 200,000 patient visits each year.

About the position:

  • Inpatient and outpatient palliative care services offered at multiple locations across Norton Healthcare
  • Team-based holistic care approach with social workers, chaplains, advanced practice providers, physicians, music therapy, art therapy and pet therapy
  • Variety of diagnoses, care for a diversity of patients, and work with a well-established Palliative Care team.
  • Limited call expectations (none currently for MDs - work 5 days a week with no expectations for weekend coverage)
