An established Gastroenterology group in Hickory, North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a highly respected, community-focused team. Practice Overview:

• Busy bread-and-butter GI practice with 9 physicians and 6 APPs
• The only GI group serving a large multi-county area
• Average of 11,000 colonoscopies and 3,500 EGDs annually
• Dedicated endoscopy days and excellent procedural support
• Light 1:7 hospital call with no rounding during call hours

### Schedule:

• Monday through Friday schedule with predictable hours
• Dedicated APP support during hospitalist weeks
• Balanced structure allowing for professional growth and lifestyle flexibility

### Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous base salary with productivity bonuses
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• 20 days PTO, 5 days CME, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with profit sharing, and full medical benefits
