    Summary

    Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Total Joint trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Orthopedic Surgery team based in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.

    Position Highlights:

    • Join a team of highly trained orthopedic surgeons, including two fellowship-trained total joint surgeons in Seattle and three total joints surgeons in Bellevue, WA.
    • Focus on primary and revision total joints arthroplasty.
    • Supportive, collegial environment with opportunities for mentorship and collaboration.
    • Access to state-of-the-art facilities and a coordinated care model that fosters optimal patient outcomes, including an established total joints program of nurse navigators and physical rehabilitation.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary Range: $596,761 to $702,071 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

    New Hire Incentives:

    • Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive a 10% sign-on bonus

    Qualifications:

    • Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
    • Preferred Experience: Fellowship trained in Total Joint and experience with revision arthroplasty is required.
    • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
    • Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
