Flexible Schedule for Nurse Practitioner Grande Cheese Direct to Employer Clinic

The SSM Health team is looking for a full-time (.8 FTE) advanced practitioner to join the Grande Cheese- Wyocena & Friendship clinics. These clinics are a part of a larger Direct to Employer Program. As a provider, you will be able to see Grande Cheese associates, spouses and dependents from ages 5+ years old for all primary care visits, 2+ years old for acute care, pre-employment physicals and work compensation visits. This setting allows the practitioner to customize the visits to each patient's needs with a focus on quality care.

The Opportunity

• This is a full-time (0.8 FTE) position (with the potential for more)
• Schedule has the potential to be customized but currently is :
  • Mondays: Wyocena 7am-4pm
  • Tuesdays: Friendship 7:30am- 2pm
  • Wednesdays: Wyocena 8am-5pm
  • Thursdays: Wyocena 8am-11am & Friendship 12:15pm-4:30pm
