Orthopedic Surgeon – Sports/Upper Extremity (Total Shoulder) | Charlotte, NC | EDRP/Sign On Bonus-Authorized

The Salisbury VA Health Care System is seeking a full-time, board-certified Sports/Upper Extremity fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in Total Shoulder procedures to join our dynamic team at the Charlotte Health Care Center.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive surgical and clinical orthopedic care to our nation's Veterans
  • Contribute to the growth of outpatient and revision total joint programs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the Orthopedic Section Chief

Who We're Looking For:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency
  • Board certified or eligible; fellowship-trained strongly preferred
  • Experience in total joint replacement/revision (preferred)
  • Full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
  • U.S. Citizenship required (non-citizens considered only if no qualified citizens are available per VA policy)

Compensation Details

$300K–$400K
