The University of Arizona Department of Neurology at Banner - University Medicine Tucson is actively interviewing a board certified/eligible Neurologist with subspecialty training and experience in Movement Disorders and associated procedures. The person hired into this position will have the opportunity to work with nationally recognized functional specialists. Clinical Services are provided at the Banner University Medical Center in Tucson and medical clinics located within 15 minutes from the center. Our residency program has 22 residents per year, and an enthusiastic commitment to teaching is desired. The preferred candidate will also possess strong research interests, either in clinical research, basic science research, or both. The qualified candidate will receive a faculty appointment to the University of Arizona consistent with their credentials and includes a generous tuition discount for the applicant and immediate family members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ABPN certified or eligible
  • Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
  • Commitment to compassionate patient care and movement disorders clinical research
  • Highly qualified new graduates will be considered

  • 8 clinic sessions per week
  • Practice Call
  • Full-Time
