The Opportunity:

SSM Health Monroe Medical Group is actively recruiting a full time Advanced Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Monroe, WI location. The team currently consists of physicians, residents, & advanced practitioners.

Highlights:

• Daytime clinical hours, primarily Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
• Full time, 1.0 fte
• Outpatient-based practice
