Shifts needed: Sept 1-Sept 5 - 8a-12p, 1p-5p Sept 8-Sept 12- 8a-12p, 1p-5p Sept 15- Sept 19 - 8a-12p, 1p-5p Sept 22- Sept 26 - 8a-12p, 1p-5p Sept 29- Oct 3 - 8a-12p, 1p-5p Do not accept IMLC No OT - OT will need approval from Practice Admin Lunch is not included in worked hours - Please have provider swipe out for lunch and back in.
