Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and hiring full-time Primary Care Physicians (IM/FM) for multiple locations. We are a value-driven outpatient medical group focused on quality care, efficient workflows, and physician autonomy.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient only – no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
• Full-time (Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week)
• Team-based care with NP/PA and admin support
• Focus on quality outcomes, not volume quotas

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $300,000/year w/ room for growth
• We offer Sign-On bonuses + relocation allowance (2-year commitment required)
• Up to $100,000 in loan forgiveness ($25K/year over 4 years – must have graduated residency within the last 12 months)
• 401(k) with up to 4% match
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 8 paid holidays + up to 120 hours PTO (increases with tenure)
• 5 CME days + allowance
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included

What We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• California Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong commitment to quality, evidence-based care
• Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply (required for loan repayment eligibility)
