Seattle Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatric General and Thoracic Surgery team in a Limited Term (Fixed Term) capacity.

The Opportunity: General & Thoracic Surgery
As an integral member of the region’s largest pediatric surgical team, you will provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with board-certified surgeons and fellows to deliver family-centered care using the most advanced surgical technologies available.
- Clinical Scope: Perform procedures, prescribe medications, and manage patients independently within the surgical scope.
- Settings: Rotate through the OR, ED, Inpatient units, and Clinics.
- Collaboration: Consult with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
- Quality: Participate in research, education, and continuous quality improvement projects.
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in a pediatric or family-focused clinical area (2 years preferred).
- Education: NP: Master’s in Nursing (Pediatric or Family NP focus). or PA: Graduate of an accredited PA program.
- Licensure: Active WA State License and DEA registration.
- Certification: National certification (PNP/FNP or PA-C).
- Requirement: BLS for Healthcare Professionals (PALS also accepted).
