Indiana University Division of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and Indiana University Health are seeking a Geriatrician with interest in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the inpatient and outpatient geriatric consultation settings at the Adult Academic Health Center.
As a faculty member of Indiana University School of Medicine, the position also includes a leadership role in IU Geriatrics’ exciting scholarly work, such as our new Innovating, Maximizing, and Advancing Geriatric Education (imAGE) program, our HRSA-funded Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP), and our new John A. Hartford Foundation project of rapid dissemination of evidence-based comprehensive dementia care models as part of the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model implementation.
Come join an interdisciplinary team who understands the intricacies associated with the care of complex older adults, whose practice spans the continuum via innovative models of Geriatric care, and who are educating the next generation of healthcare professionals in Geriatrics.
