2. Light Call Schedule: Enjoy a favorable group-only call schedule of 1:7, with optional trauma call at the hospital

4. Compensation: This position offers a competitive starting salary of $180,000 based on advance of Accounts Receivable (AR) collecting, with the potential to reach up to $500,000 within 12-18 months.
