Requirements Looking for a physician for Primary Care practice located at 100 Hazard Ave., Enfield. An ideal candidate would include the following: • EPIC experience • 2+ years of primary care experience (internal/family medicine) • 40 hours/week; 1 year commitment 20 patients per day 8 hour day - 8a - 5p with midday 30 minute lunch Answers to some commonly asked questions: -How many providers in the practice (if any additional?) 3 physician, one leaving in December. 3 APPs, and one new hire APP starting in September -Are they seeing any Pediatric patients? no -APPs /Whether the physician would be supervising none -Additional Support Staff? 1 MA per clinician, shared nursing and front desk staff. Manager on site -Lab/XRay on Site? yes. Quest lab in building. Jefferson Radiology is in building -Exam Rooms 2 per clinician -Is there any administrative time built into the week? 36 patient facing hours, 4 administrative hours -Do they work with residents at all - not currently
