Pulmonary Medicine - Ambulatory Clinic only

The Sanford Pulmonary Clinic is seeking a fellowship trained BC/BE Pulmonary/Internal Medicine physician. The Pulmonary Clinic provides outpatient consultations and follow-up visits to patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders

• We offer an Adult Cystic Fibrosis clinic and a pulmonary hypertension clinic
• We provide pulmonary outreach services to Sanford Network facilities within the Sanford footprint including South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska
• BC/BE in Sleep Medicine is preferred, but not required

Pulmonary Critical Care

The Sanford Pulmonary Clinic is seeking a fellowship trained BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician.

• The Pulmonary Clinic provides in-hospital and outpatient consultations, as well as procedural medical services in the specialties of Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine
• We offer a unique call free, blended rotation schedule of Critical Care, Pulmonology, and clinic with the opportunity to engage in the care of our adult Cystic Fibrosis patients
• Our physicians are advanced bronchologists with the ability to provide EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and other high grade airway procedures
• BC/BE in Sleep Medicine is preferred, but not required

Pulmonary Critical Care Night Intensivist

The Sanford Pulmonary Clinic is seeking a full-time (12-hour shift based) fellowship trained BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care night intensivist.

• The Pulmonary Service provides in-hospital consultations, as well as procedural medical services in the specialties of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep
• Provide care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
• Evaluate patients who may require MICU care, when called from the ED or other inpatient units
• Lead emergency responses and supervise the clinical staff in a Medical Code, Rapid Response, and Sepsis Code Teams
• Perform requested consultations for emergencies in all other units - Surgical, Cardiac, Neurologic, ICUs
• Provide coverage of SICU patients on the night shift
• Assist with insertion of Central Lines, Art Lines and Quinton’s

• Access to multiple specialty services such as Cardiology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Sleep and Infectious Disease

• Critical Care Medicine covers 2 ICUs 24/7; 45 ICU beds
• Three intensivists on during the day and a fourth one on at night
• Provides both primary ICU care and consultative services
• Pulmonary Clinic operates 5 days/week
• Pulmonologists provide hospital consultation service
• Pulmonary lab is in same location as clinic
