UpScriptHealth is the leader of telehealth services for the direct-to-consumer market. Doctor Matrix Medical Group is actively recruiting high caliber family medicine health care providers with a prodigious amount of experience and expertise in treating patients for the following two platforms:

1. Covid-19 and flu like symptoms and
2. Migraine headaches

Both programs will be launching July 2024, with healthcare professional (HCP) coverage available from 6am EST to 12am EST, 7 days a week.

Highlights/Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidate has multiple licenses and is available 6am to 9am EST or 6pm to 12am EST.
• HCPs can set their own 2-4 hour blocks of availability within the above coverage hours. Patients will schedule visits based on your availability.
• Login to our web-based Prescriber Portal to conduct visits with patients.
• Maintain professional bedside manner over a virtual environment.
• Discuss and review a patient's medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Enter detailed SOAP notes after each completed visit into patient’s chart regarding each interaction and visit.
• Provide accurate diagnosis, treatment plans, and medication prescription through asynchronous, audio/video calls, as well as written communications.
• Comply with ethical, legal & professional guidelines.

• Kind and empathetic personality, who will provide an exceptional patient experience on each visit.
• Multi-licensed preferred
• Good telemedicine manners and etiquette.
• Have access to a secure environment to work from.
• Technologically savvy.
