Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am – 4:30pm
Support staff: 2 physicians 2 APPs all services onsite at hospital

Onsite XRay EMR: Cerner
Rates to submit: Hourly rate - Per hour worked 7a-5p
Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modules
Holidays - 1.5x
Conversion rate
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between Mc
Laren Health Care amp AHSA. Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Doc
Time to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used. Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxes
Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging

Schedule Days, 7-430p; no night or weekend call
