Requirements

We seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician who is committed to high-quality patient care and eager to contribute to a collaborative and engaging healthcare environment.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or actively working toward certification) – Required.
• Active NY Medical License or willingness to obtain – Required.
• DEA & ACLS Certifications by start date – Required.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history – No exemptions.
• Full-time availability with a 4- or 5-day schedule – Required.
• Strong commitment to primary care for all age groups.

This position is not open for 1099, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting arrangements. Candidates must be actively certified and ready to begin practice immediately.
