Locums Cardiology Physician in Lakeport, California - Travel Included, Rare Callbacks

Provide coverage in a mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology settings with a schedule designed around 2-3 weeks per month.

Practice & Cases:

• Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient cardiology care
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• General cardiology evaluations, heart failure, arrhythmia, and hypertension management
• ECHO reads, TEE, and pacemaker placement supervision with no cath lab procedures

Schedule:

• Typical daytime schedule with inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Coverage needed 2-3 weeks per month
• Six-month assignment with locum-to-perm focus
• Shared 1:2 call rotation with primarily phone consults and infrequent call-backs

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• California medical license required or willingness to obtain
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

Logistics:

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement available
• Travel arrangements supported and reimbursed per assignment needs
