HEB Wellness Primary Care was founded over a decade ago with the mission of improving the health of our Partners (employees) and helping all patients achieve their healthiest life possible. We proudly serve all Texans in over 13+ outpatient clinics, ages 12+. Primary Care Physicians specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their patients and their families. Our Primary Care Physicians are focused on delivering a holistic, patient-centered experience. They are equipped to diagnose and address a wide range of health concerns.  Our physicians are committed to acting as the quarterback of care with a team-based approach. They coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment for each patient. Our focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining strong clinical talent and leadership. As a Physician, you'll work as part of an integrated health team to provide evidence-based care and ensure continuity of care as you develop and implement patient care management plans. 

• Our care model limits daily volume to allow our providers the time needed to provide quality care to their patients 
• We offer clinical and leadership growth and stability  
• Providers are supported to practice at the peak of their license 

We are looking for:  - an MD / DO degree from an accredited Medical School  - board certification or board eligibility in family or internal medicine  - current, active license to practice in Texas  - current, unrestricted DEA  -Potential for Supervision of APPs
