This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Various shifts needed. Monday - Saturday
* Patients per day: 20-25
* Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
* State Licensure: Colorado state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible and Department of Transportation (DOT).
* Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
