MemorialCare Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Radiologist (body imaging preferred) to join its subspecialized Radiology department at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center, a level 2 trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Todd Cancer Institute. Our innovative, collegial, and highly respected practice consistently delivers exceptional services to our hospitals, referring physicians, and patients.

Practice Details

• Full-time, employed position with MemorialCare Medical Group
• Hybrid position – A combination of onsite and remote shifts
• One of eight rotating radiologists, working a variety of 8-hr, 6-hr, and 4-hr shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 12:00am (StatRad covers from 12:00am to 7:00am)
• Work 3 weeks on, 1 week off, plus accrue an additional 2 weeks off per year
• State-of-the-art equipment, Carestream PACS system, EPIC RIS, 24 x 7 IT and reading room assistant support
• Support Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital Long Beach with excellent Medical Staff support, growth mindset and subspecialized expertise
• Eligible to be considered for shareholder/partner status after two years

Job Requirements

• ABR certified or eligible
• California medical license
• Must live within a reasonable driving distance of Long Beach Medical Center
