Remote Radiologist - Cover Abdominal and MSK Cases – Flexible Schedule - High Earning Potential

Opportunity Highlights

• Remote, 1.0 FTE Radiology locum assignment
• 17-week term (09/01/2026–12/31/2026)
• Minimum 2 weeks/month: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + 2 weekend shifts/month (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• No call responsibilities
• Workstation provided
• Kentucky — IMLC-eligible licensure accepted
• McKesson PACS, PowerScribe, Cerner EMR

Responsibilities & Duties

• 100% abdominal/full-body imaging, ~60–70 RVUs
• Strong preference for combined abdominal + MSK case coverage
• Team-based remote reading environment

Candidate Qualifications

• Board certified in Radiology
• Completed abdominal imaging fellowship
• Active Kentucky medical license (IMLC pathway accepted)
• Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, ACLS, DEA

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret abdominal and full-body imaging studies remotely
• Maintain productivity benchmark of ~60–70 RVUs/day
• Collaborate within a team-based reading model
• Cover 2 weekend shifts/month in addition to weekday coverage

Required Credentials / Licenses

• Board certified in Radiology
• Completed Abdominal Imaging fellowship
• Active, unrestricted Kentucky medical license (IMLC-eligible candidates accepted)
• Active DEA registration
• Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, ACLS
• Proof of current TB/PPD screening, MMR vaccination/titers, and influenza vaccination or exemption
• Clean 7-year background check

Required Experience

• MD/DO, completed diagnostic radiology residency
• Completed abdominal imaging fellowship
• Demonstrated experience reading high-volume abdominal/full-body studies
• Proficiency with PACS (McKesson) and voice recognition dictation (PowerScribe)

Preferred Qualifications

• Combined abdominal + MSK subspecialty experience
• Prior remote/teleradiology experience
• Prior locum tenens experience
• Comfort with variable, block-based scheduling
