  • Inova is expanding our Anesthesia services within our Surgery Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. This newly aligned service with local leadership is seeking experienced, motivated/passionate and world class CRNA's to join our team and serve our communities. With flexible scheduling the CRNA’s work as a collaborative team member with surgeons and other healthcare professionals. Providing services within a well-rounded case mix of bread and butter, healthy peds, women’s health, regional, robotic, ortho, some trauma and busy ASC.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Education: Master of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program

    Experience: No experience required, but 2-3 years preferred

    Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required

    Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required

    American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required

    Experience in all methods of anesthetic delivery including but not limited to intravenous/general, spinal, epidural, ultrasound guided regional anesthesia

    Experience in broad spectrum of clinical services- including but not limited to spine, joint replacement, minimally invasive surgery, maternal, endoscopic, diagnostic imaging

    Collaborate and coordinate with physicians, nurses, technicians and other healthcare providers in the assessment and management of patients throughout the peri=procedural encounter

    Must demonstrate good communication skills and an ability to work in team environment
